Basic Dipping Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Hot chili oil
Simple Savory Dipping Sauce
- 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Chinese red rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Ginger, minced
Basic Sichuan Dipping Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 drizzles Sesame oil
Spiced Peanut Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tbsp Spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Toasted peanuts, ground
- 1 tsp Sugar
Directions
- Mix everything together
- Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes to allow all the ingredient’s flavours to combine together properly.
- Serve with Crescent Vegetable, Chicken or seafood dumplings! Straight from the freezer to steamer!
