Ma's Chicken Satay Wrap

A quick and easy wrap to satisfy hunger pangs, especially for always hungry kids!

Filling

  • 200 gms Chicken Strips
  • 0.5 tsp Ma's Thai Red Curry Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Ma's turmeric poweder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt/ pepper
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 50 gms Lettuce
  • 2 pieces Naan / flatbread

Satay Sauce

  • 0.25 Cup Peanuts
  • 100 ml Ma's Coconut Milk
  • 0.25 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with curry paste, soy sauce, turmeric,salt and pepper.
    Pan fry or grill the chicken.
    Pulse all sauce ingredients until smooth and simmer on very low heat for 10 minutes.
    Warm a naan and place some lettuce and chicken.
    Add satay sauce and roll the naan.

1/4 cup peanuts
100ml MA's Coconut Milk
1/4 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
