• 2 packs Norfolk Smoked Beef 125g
  • 1 cup Potato (boiled)
  • 2 cups chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 10 pancakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the smoked beef into small pieces
  2. Heat a pan - add oil
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, onions, green chilli, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and potato to the pan and mix well
  4. Slightly pan fry the mixture for 2 minutes and add sliced smoked beef. Mix well and transfer out of the skillet
  5. Mix 2 eggs in a bowl
  6. Place one pancake on a greased tray and brush egg on top
  7. Divide the mixture into 5 portions and lay one portion of the pancake and cover it with another
  8. Repeat the process
  9. Make sure to arrange the pancakes with the mixture in between like a tower and brush egg on the top
  10. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 15-20 minutes
