  • Dough
  • 250g white flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup iced water
  • Patti Filling
  • 1 pack Crescent Premium Chicken Sausage 250g
  • 1 cup potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 5 or 6 curry leaves
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil to fry


  1. Mix flour and butter in a bowl
  2. Add water little by little and mix well until the dough becomes light & fluffy.
  3. Cover the bowl with a wet towel and leave it for 30 minutes


  1. Cut the sausage in to small pieces
  2. Heat the pan and add 2tbsp of oil
  3. Add ginger garlic paste ,curry leaves, onions ,chilly powder, cinnamon and green chili to the oil and pan fry ,till the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix it well
  5. Transfer the mixture from the skillet and let it cool
  6. Now take the patti dough form small balls and flatten it into circles with help of a roller pin
  7. Place the filling on the middle of the circle and fold it to any preferred shape .Use a patti cutter to get a nicer shape
  8. Heat oil in a separate pan and deep fry the pattis
