K's Chicken Wraps

  • 1 pack Wraps/Pita bread (Mama Aida's or Prima)
  • 500 g Boneless cubed chicken
  • 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pasta Roma Herb sauce
  • 250 g Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp MA's minced garlic
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Mayonnaise (for dressing)
  • <a href="">Salt & Pepper to taste</a>


  1. In a frying pan sauté onions and garlic with butter until slightly caramelised.
  2. Add chicken cubes and Pasta Roma sauce. Cover and cook until chicken is well done.
  3. Add seasoning.
  4. Cook a few minutes and remove from fire.
  5. Add basil leaves and leave to cool.
  6. Slightly cook the wrap.
  7. Apply a layer of mayonnaise to the wrap.
  8. First, place finely chopped cabbage on the wrap and add the chicken mixture.
  9. Roll and on the flat side cook wrap with filling once. 

Recipe notes

Other vegetables that go well with this and can be added depending on preference are carrots, purple cabbage and peppers.
