  • 200 grams Rice Flour
  • 0.75 cups Renuka Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 egg(s) beaten
  • 0.5 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt


  1. Mix flour, salt, turmeric powder in a bowl. Then mix in the eggs and coconut milk until the batter is smooth
  2. Heat up the oil and dip the Kokis mould in hot oil.
  3. Once the mould is well-heated, dip mould in the batter
  4. Immerse in the hot oil and use a skewer to gently remove the stiff batter from the cutter.
  5. Fry Kokis till golden brown.
