Ingredients
For 4 Person(s)
- 2 150g tubs Crescent Hummus
- 100 g Feta Cheese, cubed or crumbled
- 1 Japanese Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cups Kalamata olives, pitted and halved or sliced
- 4 Pita Pockets, cut into wedges
Directions
- Spread the hummus in an even layer in bowls or on a serving platter.
- Scatter feta, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with pita chips and optional garnishes. Enjoy!
