For the filling:
In a pan, add some oil and add the shredded chicken and fry lightly.
Add in the salt and all the spices and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and mix well until well combined. Turn off heat.
Making the samosas:
Cut the edges of bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin to flatten it completely.
Apply some water with your fingers to the corners of a slice and create a cone shape and press to keep in place. Here the water you apply will act as the glue to make your cones.
Fill the cones with some filling and close the mouth of the cone tightly but gently to create the samosa.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk together.
Coat the samosas first in the egg mixture and then on breadcrumbs.
Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Serve warm.
