FIlling

  • 200 g chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Cheese of choice (sliced or creamed)
  • 0.5 cup(s) carrot, shredded
  • 0.5 cup(s) cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 cup(s) onions, shredded
  • 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper

BBQ sauce (optional)

  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar, heaped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Make the salad filling by combining all the shredded veggies along with mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper as needed.
  2. On each tortilla, add a layer of cheese and top it with a layer of 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
  3. In the middle of the wrap, place some shredded chicken and top it with salad as needed.
  4. Roll the wrap and place it together with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Enjoy the yummy BBQ chicken wrap!
