250 grams minced chicken or beef
1 tsp Grated ginger
0.5 cup Tomato sauce
2 large Onion, sliced
0.5 tsp Turmeric
0.5 tsp Pepper
Tomato slices (optional)
Cucumber slices (optional)
Making the filling In a pan pour 3 tablespoons of oil and cook the minced meat with grated ginger, turmeric, onions and Pepper for 3 to 4 minutes until the meat is cooked. Pour in Tomato sauce and let it simmer for another two minutes while reducing heat. Add salt per your need.
Making the Panini Spread the minced meat to a thick Garlic bread or your preferred choice of bread, add the optional ingredients if necessary, make sure not to overload the filling onto the bread, place another slice on top and press on the Panini maker.
